The Friends of the Meadowridge Common invite all to a talk on the Richtersveld by Michael Borgstrom, a local resident who has a keen interest in the flora of that region and has visited there many times. He will present his experiences there, illustrated with slides. The evening will be held at the Meadowridge Library on 20th October at 7.30 and there will be secure parking.
Fay Howa, the Common’s Conservation Officer, will also present a short, illustrated account of her programme for schools to learn about
